MY CAKES
Coucou,
Take a look at some of my cakes that I made during the last year. I just came to an idea to make this post while I was baking a cake with my cute little girl today. She just adores cakes and since she is almost 3 years now and she gets things more and more, it is always a pleasure to do things with her.
Do you have kids? What kind of activities you try to do with them?

MACARONS
Coucou,
As you may know they speak 3 different languages in Swizerland (German, French and Italian) + 1 (Romaneche) that is spoken by few swiss inhabitans. So each part is influenced by the country it borders.
Geneva and Lausanne belong to the French spoken part also called Suisse Romande where you can really feel like in France.
I took some pics of cakes and macarons that I adore. You can also buy macarons in Norway but not in every corner like in Geneva or Paris.

PETITS BISCUITS
Coucou tout le monde,
Jeg syns det er supert å lage sånne petits biscuits når man har små barn og litt dårlig tid. Barna forguder dem og det tar bare noen få minutter å lage deigen. Jenta mi spiste nesten alle før gjesten kom hahahah. Miammmmiii
I think that it`s great to make these petits biscuits when you have small children and not so much time. Children adore them and it takes just a couple of minutes to make a dough.My girl ate almost all of them before guest arrived. Miammmmmiiii
des petits biscuits- depøtibiskyi -små kaker- little biscuits
Du trenger:
1 egg
250 gr hvetemel
125 gr myk men ikke smeltet smør
125 gr melis
1 ts vanillesukker
Smøret må være veldig mykt men ikke smeltet
Ha melen og mykt smør i en bolle. Arbeid deigen godt, lag en grop og tilsett pisket egg, sukker og vanille sukker og forsett å arbeide deigen litt mer.
Legg deigen kjølig i en time.
Lag hjerter av deigen.
Sett på bakepapir og stek i ovnen ved 170 grader i 15 min til hjertene blir gylne.
You need
1 egg
250 gr white flour
125 gr soft but not melted butter
125 gr really thin sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
Mix flour and butter and make a dough. Work it for several minutes than make a pit in the middle and add a whipped egg, sugar and vanilla sugar and keep working the dough a little bit more.
Let it remain in a cold place for an hour.
Make hearts out of the dough.
Put it on a bake paper and bake it in 170 degres for about 15 min until they become golden.

FAIRE LES MACARONS
Saluttttttt,
I forrige uke prøvde jeg å lage macarons men dessverre gikk det ikke så lett som jeg trodde. Jeg fant la recette hos Stina Ballerina og det så lett ut, men hos meg smeltet de bare i ovnen. Så snakket jeg med en fransk dame som lager perfekte macarons og spurte henne hvordan hun lager dem. Hun bare sa at man må være professionnel for å lage dem slik hun gjør det. Det svaret hjalp i hvert fall ikke ...
Last week I tried to make macarons but unfortunately it wasn`t that easy as I tought. I found la recette at Stina Ballerina and it seemed so easy, but they just melted in my oven. So I spoke with a lady who makes perfect macarons and asked her how she makes them.She said at you have to be professionnel to make them the way she does. That answer didn`t help me ...

MON ANNIVERSAIRE
Salut tout le monde,
Da jeg hadde anniversaire i fjor bakte jeg muffins biensûr. Det var så gøy a pynte dem. La magie commence. Kjolen min var rosa og mest av dem også :)))
Moi, jeg liker å ha anniversaire fordi det er i sommer og det er alltid varmt og alle er såååå happyyyy.

MES GATEAUX*
