EAT, PRAY AND LOVE
Coucou,
Did you had a nice week-end? Since it was raining the whole Saturday I made a french cake with cherries called " clafoutis aux cerises" which is really delicious and easy to make so I hope next time it rains you can make it too. It was one french lady who showed me how to do it five years ago and since then I adore this cake. In a fact I adore every french cake and their cuisine...
Today it was cloudy so we went to the center where we ate the best pizza in Jonas B restaurant and they really have the best pizza in the world. If you live near Drammen you should try it. Miamiii..
So here is the cake recipe, btw the pic is not mine I borrowed it from the net.
For 4 persones :

So here is the cake recipe, btw the pic is not mine I borrowed it from the net.
For 4 persones :
- 750 g of cherries
- 100 g white flour
- 1/2 bag baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- a little bit of salt
- 25 g butter
- 25 cl milk
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- Preparation : 20 mn
- Baking : 45 mn
- Preheat oven to 180°. Oil or butter pie dish. Scatter cherries in pie dish, reserving a few for garnish if you want.
- Beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour this mixture over cherries and bake 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean,
- Top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. Serve warm or cold.

SALTED MUFFINS

Did you have a nice holiday?
It is really nice to have more time with all the family, I really adore holidays.
Anyway last week I was baking these salted muffins so I wanted to give you the super easy receipe. It is a pleasure to bake when the receipe is not complicated.

Anyway last week I was baking these salted muffins so I wanted to give you the super easy receipe. It is a pleasure to bake when the receipe is not complicated.
All you need is:
280 gr flour
little bit of salt
3 ts baking powder
100 gr ham
100 gr grated cheese
2 eggs
250 ml milk
6 spoons oil
Mix all the dry ingredients
Mix all the fluid ingredients
Mix all together
Bake for 20 min on 200 degrees

TRES BON
Coucou,
I really like easy receipes, when you don`t need to bake it three hours or to add thousends of ingredients and the final result is bad. I prefer a receipe like this one:

So you need:
200 gr simple biscuits
250 gr butter
225 gr coconut powder
100 gr cocoa powder
100 gr of thin sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
50 gr coconut powder
Let a butter become soft on a room temperature...
Mix together a coco, biscuit, cacao, sugar and vanilla sugar and add a soften butter to it, then make little balls that you later roll in a cocoa powder again.

GATEAU AUX POIRES
Coucouuuuuuu,
I dag hadde jeg lyst å lage en enkel kake så jeg fant denne oppskriften i LevLandlig.
Det tar noen få minutter å lage den mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Today I wanted to make an easy cake so I found a receipy in a norwegian interior magazine.
It takes just several minutes to make it mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
gâteau aux poires-gatoopoar- pærekake- pear cake
LA RECETTE:
1OO gr smør
3 pærer
sitrondråper
2oo gr sukker
1 ts vaniljesukker
5 ss kakao
150 gr hvetemel
mandler til pynt
Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader. Smelt smøret. Avkjøl. Skrell pærene, fjern kjernehusene. Skjær båter, drypp over sitron. Bland sukker, vaniljesukker, kakao og mel. Rør eggene i, ett av gangen. Bland i avkjølt smør til en fin deig. Bred røren ut i en smurt, rund form med avtagbare kanter.
Legg pærebåtene på kaken i et fint mønster. Strø over mandler.
Stek kaken i ovnen ca. 30 min

citron drops
200 gr sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
5 sp cacao
150 gr white dough
almonds for deco
Warm your oven on 200 degrees. Smelt butter. Cool the butter. Peel the pears, take off the seeds. Cut it into boats and put some citron drops on them. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, cacao and flour. Add eggs one by one. Bring in a cool butter and make a nice dough. Put all in a round form with edges that can be taken away. Put pearboats on the cake and add mandels as decoration.
Bake it about 30 min

CROISSANTS RECETTE
Salut tout le monde,
Her kommer oppskriften på mine myke croissants. Det tar ikke mer en 5 minutter å lage deigen, men man må regne med en og halv time tid for å ha dem ferdig.
Here comes my receipe for my soft croissants. It doesn`t take more than 5 minutes to make a dough , but you have to take one and half hour to have them finish.
2 dl vann
½ pk (25 g) gjær
½ ts salt
1 egg
ca. 400 g hvetemel
Stekes i stekeovnen ved 225 °C i ca. 12 minutter.
Smuldre gjæren i bakebollen. Smelt smøret og tilsett vannet, la blandingen bli fingervarm. Hell væsken over gjæren og rør til den er oppløst. Ha i salt, egg og så mye mel at deigen blir passe fast og smidig. La deigen heve på lunt sted under plast, ca. 45-60 minutter.
Ha deigen på bakebordet. Kjevle ut deigen til en flat leiv. Smør på fyllet og skjær i trekanter du ruller som croissants etterpå. La dem heve under plast på lunt sted ca. 30 minutter eller mer.
Pensle croissants med sammenvispet egg og stek dem deretter gylne. Avkjøles på rist
Ingedients:
75 ge butter
2 dl water¨
1/2 pack fresh yeast
1/2 tea spoon of salt
1 egg
round 400 gr flour
Bake in oven at 225 ° C for approx. 12 minutes.
Crumble yeast in bowl. Melt butter and add the water over the yeast and stir until dissolved. Add salt, egg and so much flour that the dough will look firm and supple. Let dough rise in warm place under the plastic, approx. 45-60 minutes.
Place dough on floured surface. Roll out dough to be flat.. Spread the filling and cut into triangles you roll like croissants afterwards. Let them rise under plastic in warm place about 30 minutes or more.
Brush the croissants with lightly beaten egg and then bake them golden.
