Did you had a nice week-end? Since it was raining the whole Saturday I made a french  cake with cherries called " clafoutis aux cerises" which is really delicious and easy to make so I hope next time it rains you can make it too. It was one french lady who showed me how to do it five years ago and since then I adore this cake. In a fact I adore every french cake and their cuisine...

Today it was cloudy so we went to the center where we ate the best pizza in Jonas B restaurant and they really have the best pizza in the world. If  you live near Drammen you should try it. Miamiii..
So here is the  cake recipe, btw the pic is not mine I borrowed it from the net.

For 4 persones :
  • 750 g of cherries
  • 100 g white flour
  • 1/2 bag baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  •  a little bit of salt
  • 25 g butter
  • 25 cl milk
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • Preparation : 20 mn
  • Baking : 45 mn
  • Preheat oven to 180°. Oil or butter pie dish. Scatter cherries in pie dish, reserving a few for garnish if you want.
  • Beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour this mixture over cherries and bake 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean,
  • Top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. Serve warm or cold.
