TRAINING

Coucou,

Are you enjoying holidays? It is a little bit cold here in Norway but the sun is still shining so this Sunday I went on a little mountain climbing with my friend. We are trying to stay fit so we were talking about healthy food the whole time. She took a course in " healthy eating" so she told me that the most important thing is to eat a healthy breakfast which inludes eggs, cottage cheese, bananas etc. She also said that the best way to start your day is to drink 2 glasses of water. I surely try to eat healthier and for the first time in a long time I`m running almost every day. I already see some results so I hope that I will reach my goal until the summer and my goal is to lose about 4 kilos.
