SOIREE PANNA COTTA

Hei hei,

I kveld skal vi kose oss med italiensk dessert panna cotta. Den er super lett å tilberede, det tok meg bare 12 minutes. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Tonight we are going to enjoy the evening with an italian dessert pannacotta. It is really easy to make, it tok me only 12 minutes. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

YOU NEED:

1 milk cream
gele -around 5 plates
1 spoon vanilla sugar
200 gr sugar

for the red sauce:

200 gr of frozen berries- I used cranberries
200 gr powder sugar 

Put geleplates into cold water and then into a cooked  cream and sugars.
Mix frozen berries and a sugar in a foodprocessor. After that put the berries in a glass and add a cream after.
Let it be in a fridge for at least 4 hours.
